Box-Fit Northenden is a structured, fun and physical fitness class in Northenden combining the fundamentals of boxing and boot camp-style exercises.
The class is a mixture of 3-minute rounds consisting of boxing combinations, fantastic abs, lower body routines and mind blowing cardio drills.
It is a non contact workout using focus pads and gloves (equipment provided) based on the Hatton Academy's Aerobic Boxing Conditioning format.
It is suitable for any fitness level and full training is provided. This class is suitable for anyone aged 14 years+ male or female.
This class runs once a month on a Tuesday evening. If you would like to take part then contact Amanda (07882735008) for the next date. Booking is essential.
